| Supervisors are elected officials that represent their nominating district for a four year term. There are five supervisors that oversee operations for each Soil and Water Conservation District in the state. The Blue Earth County SWCD board meetings are held on the first Thursday after the first Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. at the District office at 1160 Victory Drive. | |
